For the return the proof of purchase is required. The product concerned must be returned :

• properly packaged in its original packaging, not ruined, damaged or dirty and with all the eventual accessories, instructionings for use and documents
• without evident marks associated with use, except for those associated with a normal proof of the article (they shall not contain any mark of use or anyway they must not be in a state that could prevent their resale).

Using the law on the right of withdrawal ex art. 49, comma 1, lett. (h) of lgs.d. n. 206/2005 “Code of Consume”: we do not accept goods returned after the 14th days from delivery.
